Political realignment is taking shape in Ukambani community after Chama cha Uzalendo entered into an agreement to support

Wiper democratic party of Kenya of Kalonzo Musyoka in the coming general elections.In an event attended by party officials Wavinya who is eyeing Machakos Gubernatorial race said the move is aimed at uniting the Kamba nation.

Kalonzo Musyoka who received Wavinya applauded the move announcing his full support to Wavinya in her gubernatorial race Machakos county Wiper party Secretary general Hassan Omar said they will not condone working with Jubilee affiliate parties as Jubilee government has failed to deliver its mandate to Kenyans. He added that the eastern region will give its full support to NASA alliance ahead of the coming elections.

Omar took a swipe to Maendeleo Chap Chap party of Dr Alfred Mutua urging the kamba community to vote him out in the coming general elections with claims that he is after dividing the Kamba nation remarks that were shared by Kalonzo Musyoka who said Machakos is a failed county perpetuated with increased corruption after Mutua announced his support to Jubilee government

He said Jubilee’s days are being numbered and that the formidable force of NASA alliance will deliver the will of Kenyans when its gets to power. Wiper leaders re-affirmed NASA supporters that he is in the coalition to stay and that no form of propaganda will make him fall out of the coalition

Wavinya has been seeking a deal with Wiper party that would grant her the party’s support in her bid to unseat Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua. She however,ruled out the possibility of merging her party with Wiper, noting that they would field candidates in all other posts in the county except the president’s seats.

The former Kathiani MP, who lost the 2013 elections to Mutua by over 168,000 votes, further unveiled former Peter Mathuki as her running mate.
