National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga is expected to visit Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka in Germany on Friday.

This comes after Turkana Governor Josphat Nanok, Bungoma Senator Moses Wetang’ula, Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana and other opposition leaders paid a visit to the former Vice President and NASA co- principal on Tuesday.

Confirming the visit, Kalonzo shared a hearty message on his social media page: “Thank You my Brothers Sen. Moses Wetangula, Governor Prof. Kivutha Kibwana and Governor Josphat Nanok for checking on me in Germany. God Bless You. #RESIT,” A message from Kalonzo’s Facebook read.

Kalonzo Musyoka’s absence from the Kenyan political scene has seen a number of significant developments in the opposition camp, with the most sensational being the formation of the National Resistance Movement – a wing of NASA. More recently, NASA affiliated Homa Bay town MP Peter Kaluma drafted a sensational Bill that sought the secession of all but 7 counties to form the People’s Republic of Kenya.

Kalonzo has been in Germany for close to a month now allegedly taking care of his ailing wife Pauline, who is receiving treatment at an unidentified medical facility in the country. Pauline has been ailing for a long time and has reportedly been undergoing specialized treatment in Germany, where Kalonzo has been for the past few weeks.

Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) director of communications Philip Etale confirmed that Raila will visit his NASA co-principal this Friday.

“Raila will visit him and travel back home on Friday,” ODM communication director Philip Etale said in a tweet.

Raila is currently on a one week tour to the United States to seek support for his quest to push for electoral justice by piling pressure on President Uhuru to agree to a fresh presidential election.
