Mwongeli OS is rolling out in stages. The public preview uses illustrative records; it does not represent connected equipment, live customer data or autonomous action.

Who is Watchtower for?
Security providers, facilities teams, infrastructure operators and businesses managing multiple sites. Watchtower is the operational workspace built on Project Mwongeli.
What is Mwongeli OS?
Mwongeli OS is the operational foundation we’re building beneath the existing applications. It connects records, relationships, permissions and workflows so teams can work from a shared picture. It is software for running operations, not a replacement for your computer’s operating system.
What is available, and what comes next?
Sites, incidents, patrols, service work, energy records and reports share a connected Asset workspace. Compare saved records and network checkpoints, preserve planning assumptions, and use acceptance templates for service work. Reviewed AI briefs can support inspection proposals; people still approve and verify the work. Live equipment connections and managed-device offline access need separate setup and acceptance.
Can we connect the equipment we already use?
We start with an integration review. The platform supports device inventories and event or reading records, but live connectivity depends on your equipment, vendor APIs and available adapters. We agree the supported scope before a pilot.
Is the workspace above showing live customer data?
No. It is an interactive illustration with three example sites and two example incidents. It has no connection to a customer workspace. Your signed-in platform uses records scoped to your organisation.
How do we onboard our team?
Follow three steps: Set up your organisation and sites, Review the evidence, then Act through assigned and approved work. A three-step welcome, searchable tools and short Help guides keep the next action clear.
Can we export our reports?
Yes. Download filtered operational CSV reports and printable or JSON planning and network evidence. Available records depend on your organisation, role, selected scope and history coverage. Protect downloaded files; they cannot be revoked after export.
How do we arrange a pilot?
