Mwongeli OS / Connected operations

Built in Kenya. Built around your operations.

Every site.
One clear picture.

Your sites, assets and field operations belong in the same picture. Watchtower brings them into one workspace, as Mwongeli OS connects the records and workflows behind it.

For security providers, infrastructure operators and multi-site teams.

01 / Your operational applications

Less switching.
More understanding.

Our existing applications are the starting point for Mwongeli OS: one foundation for site visibility, response, field work, monitoring and reporting.

01 / VISIBILITY

Sites in context.

Bring your site register, operating status and location together. Move from the map to the records behind each site.

Site register / Map / Operating status
02 / RESPONSE

Incidents, not loose ends.

Record an incident, track its investigation and resolution, and acknowledge alerts so the next shift knows where things stand.

Incidents / Alerts / Response records
03 / FIELD OPERATIONS

Keep the shift connected.

Organise patrols, shifts and checkpoints. Track recorded progress and manage service work with assignments, due dates and checklists.

Patrols / Checkpoints / Work orders
04 / MONITORING

Know what is reporting.

Review camera inventories and event records, sensor readings, and configured service checks. See recorded status and history in context.

CCTV records / IoT readings / Service checks
05 / ENERGY OPERATIONS

A closer view of your assets.

Track energy assets, compare recorded output with targets, review product balances and organise maintenance work.

Assets / Actuals & targets / Maintenance
06 / ACCOUNTABILITY

Reporting with a trail.

Filter sites, incidents, patrols and alerts. Review period-based summaries and export CSV records for handovers and operational reviews.

Site filters / Period summaries / CSV exports

Connected-device data depends on your configured integrations. Camera playback, device control and other vendor-specific capabilities are assessed separately during setup.

Intelligence / Coming next

AI-powered intelligence.
Human-led decisions.

The next evolution of Watchtower brings AI-assisted analysis to your operational workflows—helping your team interpret evidence, prioritise attention and connect related events.

07 / DETECT

Rule Findings

Surface patrol gaps, incident spikes and overdue alert acknowledgements using versioned checks. Review the rule, recorded evidence and suggested follow-up.

Thresholds / Evidence / Recommended actions
AI-powered explanations

AI will turn findings into clear summaries of what happened, why it matters and what to review next.

08 / PRIORITISE

Risk Scoring

Prioritise sites using weighted operational factors. Inspect the inputs behind each score and review rule-based trend scenarios alongside the evidence.

Weighted factors / Site priorities / Scenarios
AI-assisted risk insights

AI will explain the factors driving each score, helping your team understand changes and focus its attention.

09 / CONNECT

Correlation

Review events that share timing, type or geographic proximity across your organisation’s sites. Investigate related patterns without treating a connection as proof of cause.

Time windows / Site relationships / Patterns
AI-powered cross-site briefs

AI will bring related events into evidence-linked narratives, giving operators a clearer picture across sites.

Upcoming AI capabilities build on the platform’s existing rules, scoring and correlation workflows. Your team reviews the evidence and makes the decisions.

02 / A working rhythm

From “what happened?”
to “here’s the next step.”

Software should make a shift easier to run. Keep the information, the work and the handover connected.

01 — See

Start with your sites.

Review your operational picture and open the site that needs attention.

02 — Understand

Look at the record.

Check the incident, alert or reading alongside its site and recorded status.

03 — Coordinate

Make the next step clear.

Assign service work, follow a checklist and update the investigation or task.

04 — Account

Close the loop.

Record the outcome and use filtered reports to support the next handover.

03 / Your operating environment

Different responsibilities.
The same need for clarity.

Start with the workflows your team uses today. Add sites, team members and connected sources as your operation grows.

Discuss your workflow
01

Security providers & facilities teams

Coordinate patrols, incident follow-up and service work across the sites in your organisation. Use checklists for repeatable delivery and clearer handovers.

02

Energy, water & industrial operators

Keep infrastructure records, readings and maintenance tasks together. Review recorded performance without losing the operational context.

03

Logistics & multi-site businesses

Maintain a common view of depots, facilities and service availability. Follow an issue from the affected site through to its recorded resolution.

04 / The Mwongeli OS foundation

Connected records.
Accountable work.

We’re evolving the platform around a shared operational model. Start with your sites and existing workflows, then connect the assets, observations and decisions behind them.

One record. More context.

The first OS increment brings sites, energy assets, sensors and work orders into an Asset workspace, with related records and explicitly managed asset dependencies.

Your organisation. Your access.

Existing account roles and subscription permissions remain in place. Connected records stay scoped to your organisation; sharing a workspace does not mean unrestricted access.

A foundation that can grow.

Guided setup and today’s applications provide the starting point. Durable cross-application workflows, managed connectors and evidence-linked AI assistance are the next stages.

Mwongeli OS is rolling out in stages. The public preview uses illustrative records; it does not represent connected equipment, live customer data or autonomous action.

A few useful answers

Before we
get started.

Who is Watchtower for?

Security providers, facilities teams, infrastructure operators and businesses managing multiple sites. Watchtower is the operational workspace built on Project Mwongeli.

What is Mwongeli OS?

Mwongeli OS is the operational foundation we’re building beneath the existing applications. It connects records, relationships, permissions and workflows so teams can work from a shared picture. It is software for running operations, not a replacement for your computer’s operating system.

What is available, and what comes next?

The existing platform covers sites, incidents, patrols, service work, energy records and reporting. The first OS increment adds a connected Asset workspace. Managed integrations, durable cross-application workflows and AI assistance are staged additions—not capabilities enabled by this landing page.

Can we connect the equipment we already use?

We start with an integration review. The platform supports device inventories and event or reading records, but live connectivity depends on your equipment, vendor APIs and available adapters. We agree the supported scope before a pilot.

Is the workspace above showing live customer data?

No. It is an interactive illustration with three example sites and two example incidents. It has no connection to a customer workspace. Your signed-in platform uses records scoped to your organisation.

How do we onboard our team?

Begin with your organisation’s workspace setup, add sites and invite the appropriate team members. First-use onboarding and contextual task guides help users work through the available workflows.

Can we export our reports?

Yes. The commercial workspace provides filtered CSV exports for sites, incidents, patrols and alerts, alongside reporting summaries. Available records depend on your organisation, role and selected filters.

How do we arrange a pilot?

Email info@watchtower.co.ke with your organisation, types of sites and the workflow you would like to start with. We can use a walkthrough to agree the scope, integrations and commercial terms.
